2. Processing and Delivery Time

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days after order processing.

  • Total estimated time from placing to receiving the order: 4–7 business days.

  • Nationwide shipping available.

3. Shipping Fee

  • Fixed shipping fee: 35,000 VND per order across Vietnam.

  • The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Checking Orders Upon Delivery

  • Customers have the right to open and inspect products before making payment.

Once the order is signed for, Vietbuynow considers the product inspected and accepted. We will not handle complaints regarding missing items or product defects after delivery is completed.
